ERIC THOMAS: How Bad Do You Want It?

I found the "How Bad Do You Want It" video a few months ago and it has honestly been an inspiration to me; both personally and professionally. The original video has a powerful message about the hard work and determination that goes into to succeeding in life. The video that I am posting now is not the original video but rather a montage of great moments in sports and I think it is truly inspiring. Let this be an inspiration to you!

BASKETBALL: Most Insane Trickshots

This is something that I have always seen in the Best of The Web and People Are Awesome compilation videos. I always doubted whether it was real or not. After watching this I am definitely a believer, these guys know how to throw a ball! Huge distances and huge heights. How do they do it? Im not sure you can actually call this basketball because its actually something between basket ball and sniping. Let me know what you think

SKIPPING: Adrienn Banhegyi

Skipping! Something we all do at some point in our lives. For girls perhaps it was a bit of school years fun and games, for some guys its a great form of cardio exercise. YO YO MATERY: Black

Live from the stage of TED, Black, a Japanese performance artist explains his road to mastering the Yo Yo. The video that I am posting is both a talk and a demonstration of unbelievable skill. Hand eye coordination and speed are at levels beyond comprehension. He has literally taking a childhood hobby to a completely new level of true performance art. Check it out and let me know what you think.

CONTACT JUGGLING: Ian Jensen

Introducing Ian Jense and Contact Juggling
Contact juggling is a form of object manipulation that focuses on the movement of objects such as balls in contact with the body. Although often used in conjunction with "toss juggling", it differs in that it involves the rolling of one or more objects without releasing them into the air. It is divided into three main techniques:
1.   Body rolling means manipulating one or more props (usually balls) around the hands, arms, and other parts of the body. Balance is required to hold the ball in various positions of control. This includes tricks such as headrolling and the butterfly, the trick of rolling the ball from the palm to the back of the hand via the fingertips.
2.   Palm spinning means manipulating one or more balls in the open hand so that at least one ball is in motion. Balls may be in both hands or transferred between hands to form graceful and fluid patterns, including rotating a pyramid made of four or five balls in one hand.
3.  Isolation refers to the manipulation of a ball so that it appears to be suspended in place. Similar to sleight-of-hand techniques in magic or fixed-point mime techniques; the performers exploit the clear surface of the ball to hide any noticeable rotation, creating the effect that the ball is still while the performer moves around the ball.

FREERUNNING: Daniel Arroyo

Daniel Arroyo definitely is one of my personal favorite free runners in the world. He has an innovative style that combines huge jumps, technical movements, transitions and incredible acrobatic flips. Definitely worth watching! Let me know what you think
