FELIX BAUMGARTNER

If you have not heard of this man then I fear that you have been hiding under a rock with no internet connection. Felix Baumgartner was the first man to break the sound barrier in free fall. The Red Bull Stratos project took Felix to the edge of space. He jumped from an altitude of 39km above Roswell. The Freefall lasted for just over 4 minutes in which time Felix reached speeds of approximately 1400km/h, breaking the sound barrier!

"Sometimes you have to get up really high to realize how small you actually are." - Felix Baumgartner
